What are you doing?

   How many of you hit the gym… and ‘veg out’? How many of you go workout by a plan… or do you go to check out the cardio bunnies… Remember why you are there… if you don’t, I can assure you you’re wasting your time and $$$. NEVER GO TO THE GYM WITHOUT A PLAN, EITHER ON PAPER OR COMMITTED TO MEMORY.
