Ok… as promised for some time… a workout worthy of my approval… This one I have used in the past, used a bit of it (made it up on the fly) Sunday morning after staff duty… Ok here goes:
CHEST FLYES (with dumbbells) 3X 12-15 superset em with widearm pushups (12-18 reps)
CABLE CROSSOVERS 3 X 12-18 superset with burpees (5-12 reps)
DIPS 3 X 15 superset with close-arm pushups (12-18 reps)
STRETCH before this workout… even I have trouble at times, handling this workload… It is a great workout… Bottom line, this will energize you, make you have a real pump (an intense one), and an overall good time….
