Image Lots is made about diet in relation to fitness these days. Let me be the first to dispel ANY notion that you have to run 10k miles a day and eat a calorie-controlled diet that would rival only Nicole Richie or some Skeletor-looking chick out there.. yes, veggies are very important… Without vegetables and fruit, you will be very deprived of vital vitamins, minerals and other nutrients. Besides, veggies taste good- and they are natural. In this day and age of impersonal everything, veggies cooked in a pan, with some EVOO, or light butter… for dinner is gerat… mahi-mahi, stir-fry mix… yum yum… Anyways, that’s all for me.
