Workout of the Day (WOD)

Starting today I am posting WODs… this is not much different from the Crossfit versions of it.

Today, it’s the 300 Workout (yes, the workouts that got the cast of the 2007 movie ripped)

NOTE: This is a workout in which you can mix up the exercises. Remember, the number of reps must total 300.

25 pull-ups

50 push-ups

50 box jumps (on a 24-inch box)

50 floorwipers @135 lbs

50 clean & press @ 36 lbs (kb)

50 deadlifts @ 135 lbs

25 pull-ups
