ABS, ABS ABS!! Quick-Hitter Workout

These 5 ab exercises will get you “right” in no time….


  1. Flutter Kick. This one raises your heart rate, makes your legs heavy with burning lactic acid… but you know what? It’s been used in military circles for generations. No doubt this one will work for you.
  2. Bicycle Kick Crunch. This tried and true exercise works.
  3. Planks. Whether it’s done for 30 seconds or 10 minutes, this one not only shaprens your midsection up, it will toughen the mind.
  4. Mountain Climbers. Another fantabulous ab exercise. Killer.
  5. Standard sit-up. The basics always win.
